We evaluate every site individually — soil clay content, watershed drainage area, and topography all determine whether a pond will hold water reliably. We'll give you an honest assessment before any work begins. Many sites in Grimes and Washington Counties have excellent conditions; sandier areas in Montgomery County may need clay lining.
